About the course
A results-driven epidermal microneedling training for licensed professionals ready to elevate their skincare services safely, confidently, and effectively.
This course is designed for estheticians who want to learn microneedling the right way—epidermal only (0.3mm or less)—focusing on skin rejuvenation, texture refinement, and product absorption while honoring the boundaries of your license.
You’ll leave with the skills, confidence, and tools to add high-ticket services to your menu immediately, without fear, confusion, or guesswork.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to expand your service offerings, this course breaks down everything you need in digestible, science-backed lessons with hands-on support.
This is a 5 hour, in-person training designed to give you both the technical knowledge and the confidence to perform epidermal microneedling in a real treatment setting.
We use a “get and give” model during the hands-on portion of class. Students will practice on each other in pairs—giving and receiving a full microneedling treatment. This structure helps you experience both sides of the service: how it feels as a client and how to perform it effectively as a provider.
If we have an odd number of students, professional models will be provided to ensure everyone gets the opportunity to perform a treatment. While receiving a treatment is encouraged and beneficial, some students may not be able to receive one due to medical contraindications or class structure on the day of training.
You’ll receive a Welcome Email after registering, which includes important information about potential contraindications. Please review this carefully so we can make sure you’re placed appropriately for the hands-on portion of the class.
Our goal is to ensure that every student leaves feeling confident in their ability to perform epidermal microneedling safely and effectively, with a full understanding of how the treatment feels, flows, and delivers results.

ASHLEY GRAHAM
I have taken courses from both Aesthetics Academy of Idaho and Permanent Make Up of Idaho. All of the courses were fairly priced and a GREAT value for the money paid. The instructors are knowledgeable and kind, plus I learned everything I needed to know to start offering each service immediately and was able to continue to reach out to the instructors for additional help and information after the courses were completed. I can't recommend Aesthetics Academy of Idaho and Permanent Make Up of Idaho enough. If you are an aesthetician looking to continue your education, look no further."

I took the Dermaplaning course with Aesthetics Academy of Idaho shortly out of school and absolutely loved it! I can't say greater things of the team there. They had amazing communication, thorough training and created a great learning culture. I felt so comfortable asking questions and having informative conversations with them and the other estheticians taking the course. I enjoyed that we were able to talk through the treatment, see a model and then exchange on each other. It's the way I learn best to practice and then feel what's it is like. Honestly would reccomend them 100% for all their higher education courses!!
MELANIE TITUS
I took the spray tan course at Aesthetics of Idaho and loved it! If you are looking to start spray tanning, I highly recommend taking this course! Marti was so nice and helpful and her one day class was so valuable! Even after the course was completed, Marti made herself available if we had questions or needed any help! Highly recommend!”
